Sponsor-led, UAE-based fund pairing primary capital with a studio operating layer. Concentrated by design: few bets, larger ownership, deeper involvement. Initial portfolio includes Anser Rossii, HoollyWoody, and SynaBrain Labs.

SynaBrain Labs founded

Edge co-processor combining living neural cells with silicon electronics. On-device learning for robots and machines where cloud AI is too slow, too costly, or unavailable.

2025

HoollyWoody founded

Full-stack pipeline that turns a prompt or short script into a watchable, shareable movie. Multi-model planning across scenes, timing, transitions, and orchestration over video, image, audio, and voice engines.

2023

Anser Rossii Inc. founded

Roadable flying car program — compact personal flying car with road and air capability in one vehicle. Dual ring-wing geometry, bicopter propulsion, proprietary cross-wind compensation.

CastCast — world-first stereo stream of the Le Mans Cup

Proprietary binocular cameras with Time-of-Flight sensors capture and stream the Le Mans Cup in true 3D for dual-display headsets. Production-grade end-to-end pipeline from camera to viewer.

CastCast VR founded

Cross-device streaming platform for immersive video, with native stereo depth on dual-display headsets. Built on Zorachka's video pipeline and protocol stack.
